Sculptra® is intended for use in people with healthy immune systems. Sculptra® is injected in or under the facial skin through a small needle for correction of shallow to deep nasolabial fold contour deficiencies and other facial wrinkles. A treatment regimen of Sculptra® consists of up to 4 injection sessions scheduled 3-4 weeks apart. Sculptra® may provide cosmetic correction of facial wrinkles with a Wrinkle Assessment Score of 2, 3, or 4
Hyperdilute Radiesse®
Radiesse® is a distinctive injectable aesthetic treatment that uses tiny calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) gel microspheres to support and structure the skin. It stands as the first and only FDA-approved CaHA injectable treatment for the lower face and hands. Similar to Sculptra, Radiesse activates fibroblasts to stimulate collagen production. However, it differs in that it does not trigger an inflammatory response. Instead, the calcium microspheres act as a scaffold, encouraging the production of new collagen and elastin.

Radiesse restores lost volume, addresses facial depressions, and treats smile lines, marionette lines, chin wrinkles, and pre-jowl folds. It can enhance jawline contours and reduce the appearance of veins and tendons in the hands. Additionally, Radiesse can smooth away stretch marks and cellulite and lift sagging skin on the arms, knees, buttocks, and more.

A newer and highly effective use for Radiesse® is the technique of hypderdilution. When diluted and injected superficially, Radiesse® acts as a collagen stimulating agent. The Hyperdilute Radiesse® technique combines the filler with saline and lidocaine, thinning the consistency and increasing the volume of product. The Hyperdilute Radiesse® is then injected into the desired area through a thin cannula. This treatment is a favorable alternative to surgical intervention such as facelift or neck and décolleté lift.
Since everyone's chin profile is different, the number of treatments varies from patient to patient. Your healthcare specialist will help determine how many treatment sessions you need based on the amount and distribution of your submental fat and your personal treatment goals. Each KYBELLA® treatment session is given at least 1 month apart, and you should not receive more than 6 treatments. In clinical studies, 59% of patients received 6 treatments.
